Nedbank exploits grieving families
My father died last year, I've been trying to get a letter of authority to close his accounts. When I finally got it I closed his bank account but I can't close his credit card account and do you know why? Every time I'd call to do this I would get transferred to the deceased estate department and IMMEDIATELY the call would either cut or I'd here activity on the other side but nobody would actually talk to me. I would like to believe that is a technical problem but I went to ALL 3 BRANCHES IN EAST LONDON and it's the same everywhere. I would just like to understand is this a tactic Nedbank uses to make sure grieving families never close their loved ones credit cards? Do you intentionally ignore our calls so that you can keep on deducting from them? I'm so weary, I don't work and I know this is going to have to come out of my pocket at some point. This is so low even for you guys. Yho I really can't believe you guys exploit grieving families like this all so that you can get more money out of them. I'm in disbelief.
