Nedbank - Expect the Slowest Service !

I cant believe Nedbank. I’ve been getting calls from consultants nagging me about joining Greenbacks - decided to upgrade my account to an account that includes “green backs” programme, however the whole entire week has passed and they are not sending my card.

This is the slowest service I’ve ever received from this bank which claims to ressolve queries fastest. I’ve even wasted my time chatting to Agents following up on this, and all of them tell me that they will “escalate”. Really Nedbank ?? I’ve never been this disappointed..
