Nedbank – Exorbitant fees on minimal balances

I app**** for money to be released from my 32 Days notice account on my phone and this money was supposed to have been released on the 08/11/2020.

It was for whatever reason, deposited into a dormant account,

which I could not have selected on the app as it wouldn’t have been shown to me? also I specifically have done this before and I selected my main account.

The money was deposited into this dormant account and when I queried it was reversed to the 32 days notice account again?? After me making it clear that I needed the money?

I was given a reference, ***3, which when I queried today, was told was closed? without my knowledge ? I got no message, no sms, nothing.

Now I either must pay a ridiculous amount of early withdrawal fees, for such a minimal balance, or wait another 32 days for money I needed on the 08/11/2020 already and for which I already waited, on your instruction for outcome of the case, up until today?? This is neither fair nor ethical.
