Nedbank: Exceptionally poor service

My Dad has been a loyal Nedbank client for over 40 years. He passed away recently, and I have had to deal with Nedbank as I am the executor of Dad's estate. My experience with Nedbank has been anything but good. Correspondence to them goes unnoticed. Trying to get through to someone at Deceased Estates has proven to be impossible. I've had such a bad experience with Nedbank for the past 6 months I am moving my Mom to another bank asap. I will never recommend Nedbank to anyone. Very disappointing.
