Nedbank estates very bad servic

I've been trying to get hold of *** at nedbank for the last 2 months with not a single acknowledgement of reply to our multiple emails. I've never has such repeated bad service from someone. I am in urgent need of support from Nedbank estates, and they simply do not care to help. because of me now waiting more than a year now i am incurring thousands of months of fines and fees on my vehicle. I recommend never to have them deal with any estates.
