Nedbank Estates just don't care to do their jobs

The story is too long to post here as this matter has been dragging on for almost 2 years now. The Nedbank Estate department are just simply a bunch of *********** imbeciles that have absolutely no regard for other people and their time. No idea how to do an effective follow up with a 3rd party and their clients. Tshamano du Preez- I have no idea what you actually do there, but you clearly have no accountability from your managers. Faiza Razak or Bongani Dhlamini - whoever is the manager there... clearly no interest in ensuring any sort of timely service from your staff. I have been a manager of people for years and when things go wrong... its not the staff. The fish rots from the head.

Its a wonder how things are still afloat there...

If anyone has an estate there - move it so that one day your beneficiaries don't have to go through the same BS that we are experiencing at the moment.

Based on the direct emails we have been sending and not getting any feedback... I doubt anything will come from this either. Again... just more of a warning to others out there.
