Nedbank Estates Department

Good Day I would just like to tell every body not to entrust tour wealth and administration of estates with Nedbank. This the most insufficient people that there are in banks. Other banks finalize estates with no complications in +-8months, not Nedbank. In a time you lose a loved one and you thought your trust is put to a bank to handle and help with this sad process, you just get frustration, no help, no feedback, keeping your monies, doing with it what they want, not letting you know of any transactions taking place. If you don't query you don't know. I have even reported the case to Onbuds, so this a process that needs to be sorted out between you and the bank, and after 20days if not, then only this can be addressed by them. All you hear is because of covid....I am so sick and tired of this reason. You just get no feedback from senior employees nor the administration staff....I even asked Nedbank to step down and they refuse, but executors fees will be taken!! I am now thinking of going to the media and other measures...
