Nedbank Estates

Once again Nedbank Estates is messing me around with ZERO communication/updates. I've complained to Nedbank-Facebook as well. I'm awaiting supporting documentation for ongoing issues and policies. No further updates on the progress of a double deceased estates (2 persons). Unprofessional and ***********!!! I have to keep chasing them as well as my representative. All they do is say email acknowledged or noted and do nothing further!! What are these people getting paid for? Paid for nothing! Never answer their phones, never available, hang up their phones after a few rings and unanswered emails!! Fire them all!! Disgusting behaviour and pathetic. I will name and shame, don't deal with this woman, I'm ever so sorry she is an executor of one of the estates - Vanessa Sampson!!
