NEDBANK ERRORS MESSING UP MY TAX RETURN

Have tax issues due to Nedbank error submission to SARS. I am unable to file my tax return. Came to the Ferndale on Republic Nebank branch. Meschak sent an email to SARSinvestigations and later informed me that I need to log a case with the call center. We both been trying for 30 odd minutes. Moving pillar to post but no one knows or is willing to assist.

My tax issue: on my income tax return (itr12 on efiling) says nedbank declared an account and interest income amount to sars. I never had a Nebank account. Called sars and they said only Nedbank can resolve as they submitted the data to SARS.

Still waiting to be assisted. Can anyone help? The branch can confirm I have never had an account but no one knows how to solve or open a case???

Ps: so glad I don't bank at Nedbank
