Nedbank equals no customer service

One star because there is no option for zero stars! Reference number ***8 - Kamal left a voicemail for me on Thursday 25 March 2021. I have been trying to call him back and typical of Nedbank, no one answers the call. Furthermore, I have been trying to give notice on my 32 deposit account and the 'Submit' button is greyed out. What is going on at Nedbank???? I have been trying to log a complaint on their website and it doesn't work. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Nedbank would call me as all I have just had problems with Nedbank.
