Nedbank endless FICA issue

I am having serious issues with Nedbank and FICA updates. I have been asked no less than 6 times already to FICA. I have done it at least 3 times on the app and went into my local branch as well to complete the process . I am still getting msgs to FICA , my account is being restricted and frozen because of it. Just yesterday was restriction yet again on my account , stopping payments being released and such. I am so annoyed with this . Can anybody stop this ongoing issue.
