Nedbank endangers customer

If you like traveling stay far away from Nedbank. I’ve been in Mauritius for 4 days now without money it or access to my banking app.

Can’t, EFT, make payments, or even swipe my cards because I need the app to activate.

Had to activate international roaming (still waiting for that bill) just to try and setup the app.

No one can give my my banking profile number for online banking.

The OTP’s delay and is delivered randomly, causing the app to block.

I now have 7 left in Mauritius with no money on me and not a single employee of Nedbank can/will help.

They are closed half the time and you won’t get an email response for at least 5 working days.

There are far less important industries that operate during December.

I can’t see why/how a vital service like the financial industry can be closed and ignore customers.

I WILL ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF USE NEDBANK TO STRONGLY RECONSIDER.

IF I WAS IN ANY OTHER HOTEL, THIS COULD HAVE BEEN LIFE THREATENING.
