Nedbank encouring car dealerships to cheat clients

Mfc/ Nedbank encouraging car dealerships to cheat loyal clients

Manufacturer defect 2017 Kia Rio sedan

I purchased a Kia Rio in April 2017 , 35 days later this vehicle began to emit smoke within 15 mins of being in traffic ! A burning smell evaded the vehicle , the vehicle refused to take off and continued to shudder on the first gear !!!!!

This vehicle is financed through nedbank !!!! Rest assured Nedbank will do absolutely nothing to protect their client from being cheated !!!

It is evident that Nedbank has everything to gain from their clients misfortune !!!

Rest assured Nedbank encourage ********* dealerships that fail to comply with ethical consumer practices !

The lack of customer service from this bank is appalling !!!! Their unhelpful Staff and don't care attitude to resolve problems is disappointing to say the least !!!!

With accordance to the consumer production act ( section 56 ) should a product be defective in the first 6 months the consumer is entitled to a replacement !!!

I have been ****** of my entitlement !!! And Nedbank had encouraged the ********* practices by Kia umhlanga by standing by and doing nothing !!!!
