Nedbank enables tap on ****** cards

If you want a tech savvy bank never bank with Nedbank. It's been 2 months I still have my ****** and new cards listed on my money app and nobody can fix it. Also, my card tap feature doesn't work even though tap is enabled on my money app. I have emailed back and to and per my last correspondence the bank enabled tap on my ****** cards. Terrible service. Once I am over my rush period at work I will be closing my 30 year old bank account. Lebo from the CEO is the one that enable tap on my ****** cards.
