Nedbank Empty Promises

Nedbank has DISSAPOINTED me!! I have been trying to cancel my Greenbacks subscription since February and everytime I phone the call centre they promise me that it would be cancelled. Only to find out that is hasn't been cancelled, then I have to pay R30 a month for NOTHING. There is an error on my Nedbank account which doesn't allow me to be added as a benificiary on Nedbank Business, and that query has also NEVER been resolved. Nedbank is a NO NO!
