Nedbank empty promises!

a few weeks ago I wrote a review regarding Nedbank not coming back to me with regards to a consultant telling me I can do a EFT and do that on budget , once it has been done another consultant told me it cannot be done. Since then I still have not received any feedback from Nedbank at all! not via email not via phone calls. Nedbank consultants do either not have the proper training or management ignores their mistakes. I would like Nedbank to send me an email regarding this issue as it might be that their calls are blocked as SPAM. This has been going on for a few months now and still now effort has been made to get hold of me, although a lot of promotional emails from Nedbank coming into my mailbox. Nedbank just a tip, stop looking for new clients if you cannot service your existing clients .
