Nedbank empty promise

Hi.

On October receive a call from Nedbank Consultant saying since i have been paying my Personal Loan well with Nedbank now they want to give back R200 every month but i need to open an account which the Lady help. but since then is 2 month now nothing and keep getting msg from Nedbank to say i over withdraw my account which i never even receive a cent.
