Nedbank Employee *****s

An employee of Nedbank stole my parents money out of their account on the 24th January 2020 and Nedbank still has not refunded them. They are pensioners and was left with 0.61c. NO ONE phones them back for Nedbank and when we phone no one answers the calls. When will this be resolved!!!!!!! The Nedbank staff all go home and have nice suppers and have petrol in their cars but my parents have to struggle for almost a month to get their OWN money bac****!!

HOW USELESS IS THIS BANK???????
