Nedbank electricity token don’t work

I’m very disappointed with your services, I bought electricity using your nedbank app and the electricity token doesn’t work , this issue is happening for 3rd time in the raw ,I’m very disappointed we had to sleep without lights and I have a small baby can you imagine how inconvenient your service is ,,please address this issue we can’t be sitting here without electricity,and your call centre agent can’t even help , what they do is they give me a toll free number which doesn’t work ,,I’m very hart and dissatisfied by your service please sort out my electricity token ,, don’t tell me I’m must follow up with whoever I bought this from you and I don’t have airtime to make those long stupid calls
