Nedbank Ekhaya Shopping Centre

1st time I went to Nedbank Ekhaya Shopping Complex (Kwa-Thema) to do change my number hense I do not have a smart phone to do it on the app I waited for 20 minutes to be told the system is down, Monday 23.11.25 I went to try again before the lady assist me I heard her say "Ngikhathele ukuthi next please" meaning "I'm tired of saying next please" then I went to her desk and the lady showed me her own personal phone that it is low and she won't be able to help me, I dont know why because I know they dont use use their phones but the tablets provided by Nebank I acted dumb and said okay and left. i think she saw that is 10 minutes left for her knock off. You guys are paying your stuff just to open accounts only and not help customers with their problems, please deal with the stuff at that branch
