Nedbank Credit Card ***** Department is non existing! They allow foreign debit orders from your credit card and when they are liable to pay you back it al of a sudden is not their fault. Logged 2 complaints at ***** Dep, they phoned on first complaint but not on second. So I decided to stop paying them, now they call me almost twice a day and when I tell them I am still waiting for their ***** dept to contact me, the caller tells me they tells me that they will send it to the ***** Dep to attend. Low and behold, the next day they phone me again, but I am still waiting for the Nedbank Credit Card ***** Dep to phone me...... I think it's time to move all my business to a different bank Shame on you Nedbank
