Nedbank eft sucks

I am truly not impressed by nedbank at all. My boyfriend did a transfer on the 13th to my bank acc up to datr 18th april 2021 its still not reflecting. This is the second time he has paid money over where i have waited a long period of time. They keep telling him it will be sorted out and well absolutely nothing. I have adviced him to move to another bank. This is not the first time i have seen or heard from people who are unhappy with eft payments from Nedbank to other banks that have taken forever. Nedbank is really an issue. And the customer service is up to ****
