Nedbank efficient service

I had an error occur at a nedbank atm where funds went missing instead of going to my account. I tried to get assistance from the staff inside but did not get help however I did get help from client services. They went above and beyond in assisting me with the problem and keeping me updated on the progress of my case. I was not left in the dark about anything and the service was great. I am very happy with the service delivery I have received
