Nedbank doesn’t take their customers seriously. I was ****med twice and I asked them to reverse the transaction. They told me about escalation to *****. Escalation my left ass. Why the hell is it so difficult to reverse a transaction that is reported immediately. They told me I’ll receive feedback in four weeks. Four weeks ???!! I’m done with this bank. On the other hand it’s these MDS R8,50 they charge. ****ty service that one.
