Nedbank *****

Opened an account with nedbank in May this year because I wanted to move my finances to them as they gave us a home loan.

Deposited money for my home loan into my bank as I haven't had time to switch accounts from work.

On the 29th of May I go into the app only to find that 5000 plus was debited by internal effect, I go to nedbank Balfour they gave me a number to call and said they won't be able to help me mind you I opened my account with them.

I spent almost an hour trying to find out who internal effect is then am told is a debit for a loan I took in 2006, in have never banked with nedbank before and I do not remember taking a loan with them. I asked for the contract copy or more details they tell me I should go to police station to do an affidavit and get 10 specimen signatures

They have my bond money with them how do I get my money back and they say they don't even know how long the investigation will take after I send them the affidavit

I want my bond money please!!!
