Nedbank *****

I really don't understand how the ***** department works at Nedbank i reported a *****ulent activity in my account i was roobed 1500 in my account i reported it and it's been 3 months with no call or any communication had to move my salary and everything to a different institution but now my account is on a minus and every month it's accumulating how do i use the same bank account that i reported ***** to and i have to pay to close that account please make it make sense to me what services am i paying for wasn't it enough that they stole my R1500 from my account
