Nedbank Eastgate Bad service

I waited for more than an hour to be attended to at Nedbank Eastgate. It got to a point where some people left. A branch with 27 counters, I could only see less than 5 counters operating. Nedbank is so disgusting, Eastgate Mall branch in particular. It’s appears as if there is no manager at all as everything is just so slow.
