Nedbank Eastgate

The slow paced laid back attitude at the Eastgate branch is atrocious. Ive been waiting more then 35min to do a collection. The other customers have been waiting for even longer. Is there a shortage of staff? Couches are full yet the counters are empty. Funny how banks are slow to help and provide service but quick to deduct and enforce when they want what they want.
