Nedbank East Rand Mall - Home Loans SUCK

Its not even worthy of 1 star!!!

My partner got divorced, and got an Endor*****t from the court to remove the ex wife from the property (to put this property on his name only)

On the 16th June 2025 - we went to Nedbank East Rand Mall to get the process started. They requested the usual paperwork - 3month payslips, 3 month bank statements, copy of endor*****t, completed forms from Nedbank - etc. He's handed this in at the branch.

The lady dealing with his file, told him to call her once a week to follow up. Well, after numerous phone calls & emails - he finally gets asked today (07 October) - after he called again to follow up - to please send them his latest payslips and bank statements. When asked why - he was told that the previous is outdated.

So from June - until now - October - NOTHING has been done with his file? HOW CAN A BANK operate like this??? We were told that it should take around 3 months to complete this. Now we have to wait ANOTHER 3 months because this file was never even looked at???

WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!!
