Nedbank

Nedbank has failed to resolve my case of transferring my funds from Mobimoney account to my main account.. The query was logged on Thursday, but to this date I haven't received my money. Even the complains manager can't get this issue resolved. Clearly someone is not doing their job, and nothing is being done instead I am suffering. My accounts have bounced, I'm on arreas and Nedbank doesn't care at all. We are heading to a week now since this query was logged and people just go about their days, while I have no access to my money. How do they think I'm surviving? In this economy, I now have to borrow money from friends and family just to get to work, while my money is sitting in the mobi money account and people who are known to be money experts are failing to make a mere transfer? Nedbank better step up.
