Nedbank

I am so disgust by Nedbank i went to get a statement yesterday there atm 3 were all of line so i went in to get a video statement. The consoltend told me its R30 may she proceed i said yes thats fine as i pay R30 at atm. Only to find out thus morning thry charged me R120 which i was informed when I phoned its R30per month and the rest is for the PAPER they used to print on i pay R200 banking fee every month then this i think it is discusting and i will never again refer you to anybody as this is really unacceptable if i knew they were going to charge me R120 i would have driven to another atm.
