Nedbank just charged an APO charge of R200 i have no idea what its for, next thing they tell me my interest rate will be 5% instead of 2.5% when i call they hang up ,,ive been paying my credit card every month and my balance is not doing down instead they saying my instalment is higher now due to it being5% with out informing me , i spoke with a rude guy called Vuyo who hang up who called with *** number who couldn't answer these questions and decided to hang up IM TELLING HIM I WAS NOT USING MY CREDIT CARD SINCE 2021 OCT, AND HIS TELLING I HAVE BEEN AND HE HANG UP
