I have a problem with nedbank. The bank was found to have contravened its own policy of keeping records and treating customers fairly by the FAISOMBUD against me and a settlement was reached for the bank to settle the credit card, issue an apology and report to credit bureau companies that the debt is extinguished. Nedbank instead proceeds to send me statements of the account. Refuses to send me a settlement letter and the apology. It has listed me with lenders. However, the legal department confirms they have no matter to my name. The other divisions of the bank ignore my requests.
