Nedbank Durban , Bluff Branch.

Complaint from a small run Sole Trade cash business on Durban, Bluff. Every month end when I am cashing in at the ATMs at Nebank Bluff Branch there service of ATMs are run down; when lodging my complaint with call centre they don’t seem to bother to even come out and fix the ATM month end problems. Nedbank prides itself in looking after small business but month end ATM don’t work all 4 were out at the Branch. Saturday , 30th November I had to waste 3 hours of my afternoon looking for Cash Deposit ATM’s then eventually ended up at Musgrave Branch to cash Deposit. I was so angry and the no caring attitude at nedbank is disgusting, They just think its okay to randomly shut down ATMs on the last day of the month OR Lack of Servicing on the Software October month the ATM swallowed my cash deposit due to poor software servicing. Does nedbank at Durban Bluff branch know that small business have debit orders coming off on the first these delays can cause major set backs and stress on a small business. I am ready to change banks if this does not get resolved. The service management at nedbank bluff branch should rather get fired. You can’t have broken , run down ATMs on the last day of the month!
