Nedbank Duplicating Transaction - my Money is not safe

Nedbank has been duplicating my transactions for the past 4 days (8-11 October 2025) I have several reference numbers and have now lodged a complaint with the NFO. I have been told that technicians are working on the problem yet thousands are still being duplicated daily. I am not sitting with a cashflow problem for day to day expenses and Nedbank does not get back to me. They also never advised me on any of the problems and have not even had the decency to contact me w.r.t my complaints and calls lodged. I have been banking with them for more than ten years but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere once my issue is resolved. They absolutely CANNOT be trusted with the safekeeping of your money! This is also not the first time this has happened. Second time in a year where there are problem with transactions.
