Nedbank dropping the ball with doing Home Loan Verifications after Bond Approval issued.

After 1 month my bond registration cannot proceed with Nedbank as the Buyer of my house (also through Nedbank) is delaying the process. The offer was signed and accepted on 29 July 2019 and to date the status is still under verification. Numerous complaints have been made about practices of doing verifications after issuing Bond Approvals before and not prior. I am suffering out of pocket expenses due to delays and it is time that someone takes Nedbank to tasks for these practicues. Do no issue a Bond Aprroval if verifications have not been done.
