Nedbank dropped me in the deep end

I have cheque account with nedbank in December I went to the Sunward

.Park bank to complain about a sum of money that was taken out of my account. They gave me a new card and I couldn't do my normal transactions, my debit orders was also affected by the action instituted on my account. My debit orders bounced since late December I tried to go and rectify the problem at Lambton branch and was told that there is a glidge in the account. This eas never rectified after going into the bank calling the call centre A week ago I was involved in an accident. King price Insurance tied to debit my account ip to the day of thr accident and every time the debit order bounced. King Price Insurance was willing to help me if the bank writes a letter stating that I was not my fault and that there was a glidge in the system however when I went to the bank the Branch Manager agreed that there was something wrong she told me that she would escalate the matter. This morning I received a call that Nedbank will not be writing any letters because there was insufficient funds but there was enough money in my account my statement showed this my banking app showed that I had sufficient funds in my account 4 consultants from nedbank agreed on this with me. Today I reviewed a email from King Price Insurance after sending my bank statements but couldn't send the letter from the bank for reconsideration but was told that my claim was declined re unpaid premium. I never felt so sad and humiliated at the same time besides my name on ICT is now also in a bad light. If there is a reader advocate someone who can help please write back to me??
