nedbank dream maker

<p>I have been with nedbank dream maker for the past four years and decided to withdraw some of the money to use urgently and I was asked to visit the branch and fill in the forms..the consultant that assisted me told me that it will take 10days , after 10 days there was still nothing in my bank account which I then phone the call centre then unfortunately they did not have the documents from the branch, the call center lady then asked me to revisit the branch to ask for the documents and send them myself so they can process in two days because of the stanstamp date but still when I forwarded then the person that received the documents said i will have to wait for another 10 days , I then lodged a complain and the manager promised me that I will receive the money the following day and its been three days since then .... if I new this is what I have to go through in order to get my money believe me I wouldn't have bothered myself with Nedbank..their derive is very poor</p>
