Nedbank dreadfully inflexible to non-Nedbank customers.

I recently went to the banking mall at Northgate to get small change. My bank (FNB) tellers were exceptionally busy, so I tried Nedbank. At the entrance to Nedbank, I asked the receptionist if I could get some small change. She said "only if you bank with Nedbank." For goodness sake, surely money is money!!!
