Nedbank down the drain

This bank seems to have gone from bad to worse. As a business owner today I stand in a queue to deposit cash at an Atm. Over 1 hour and still not at the front. Nedbank Somerset mall this is disgusting service. As a business merchant for 10 years with their card division I was recently even more disgusted by there apathy, sheer incompetence and lack of assistance during the challenges of Covid Pandemic. Is any other bank in South Africa any better?
