Nedbank Double Debited my Home Loan on my Personal Account

I am deeply challenged and dissapointed with Nedbank Home Loan section. I have been trying for several weeks to get my money back from them. They have double debited my personal bank account with my homeloan, and I request the money back, but everytime they put me through to another department, and another department and another department. Every call agent refers me to the collections department, and that department refers me back. It has been a very depressing few weeks in engaging with the Call Centre of Nedbank Home Loan.
