Nedbank Double Debit me in a time of lock down, where must i get money from

Kindly note that my loan account was debited twice on the 25th and 28th of March 2020, this is not fair, I have phoned in on the 30/03/2020 at 20:00pm and obtained an reference number ***7

I have also lost around R100 Airtime, and this morning I am phoning again and keep getting a voice message you are experiencing high call volumes so together with your mess up of taking my double instalment kindly send through R150 Airtime as well.

How must i buy food, and pay the remainder of my bills, this is unacceptable. Poor Service
