Nedbank Double Debit Blunder
Nedbank home loans double debited my bank account to which they informed me of and told me they would pay the money back. Which they did but very late so I have incurred a missed payment on my car and extra bank charges. I now have no money to provide for my family and cannot make this payment for my car. I feel they should pay for my car as this was all their mistake. How does such an establishment make such a blunder. VERY DISSAPOINTED to say the least at how poor their service is.
