Nedbank double debit

Good day,

I am very disappointed in the way Nedbank operates. My personal loan has been double deducted from my Nedbank cheque account. I contacted the cal centre and the lady told me it is a system error and I will have to wait four days. My question to Nedbank. What about my other debit orders that is going to decline. What about my ITC record and what about the charges. Please contact me urgently or I will take this matter to the media.
