Nedbank don't treat customers fairly
My debit order day is on the 30th of every month. This month Nedbank debited my account on the 27th without any notification. This is not treating customers fairly

27 Sept 2024, 08:27When I took out a personal loan earlier this month the banker that assisted me confirmed the 1st debit order will go off on the 30th of October. Now I get an SMS saying debit order is due on the 30th of September. When I queried this with the same banker his response was he doesn't set the debit order date. He did not say this when I asked him to confirm when the 1st debit order will go off. Instead he confidently confirmed it will go off on the 30th of October. I have not budgeted for the debit order to go off in September based on the confirmation from your banker of the 1st debit order date being 30th of October. Please urgently assist
