Nedbank don't resolve any issues.

Nedbank is very slow to resolve issues since 2019 rolled around. I now officially can't pay online with my Credit Card to a merchant because they have an internal problem with their system that they have not resolved in 40+ days. This is the shortest incident most small disputes take 60-120days to resolve with them if they don't get dropped. The last billing dispute I made was never resolved.
