Nedbank don't care about their clients

Third time I write about this Nedbank clearly doesn't care about their clients how care they allow the ATMs to be ****** because it effect us as clients so I went to withdraw money in the ATM at Selgro Pietermaritzburg the amount was R3000 so the screen of the ATM says there en error so I never got my money but on my phone reported as successful withdrawal so the following day I went to Nedbank branch in church Street PMB I told them what happened they made a ATM request for me told me to wait for 5days nothing happened in between that 5 day I went back again they told me it was cancelled they make another request told me samething to wait for 5 days still nothing went back their were offline wait another 5days went back they do another request and that teller promised me that I will get my money within 24hours but I only got a sms that says my request declined went back again to Nedbank branch that when they told me that my money did come out on the ATM and it was R100's only so I ask what next the only thing she said to me sorry Sorry will never give my money back what I know is that ATMs got cameras I'm sure they saw what happened but my question is who's fault that how I lost my money and Nedbank don't care.I will never recommend to anyone
