Nedbank - Don't care about their clients

Nedbank sent thier suppliers to my house to fix a geyser, they did not do so and the flooded my house causing 2 x TVs, a playstation and a cupboard to be damaged. They are not replacing but fixing water damage. Not sure how that will work. The opened my TV and said because it was fixed before, they are not fixing and I now sit with broken TVs, playstation and cupboards. Nedbank has not interviened and I am now going to start a lawsuit against both companies.
