Nedbank don't care about phishing

I received a phishing email telling me to click on a link to access my Nedbank credit card. I don't have one, so I know its phishing. I tried to forward the email to *** but it was rejected. I made the calls and tried to speak to 3 people at Nedbank to get an alternative method to send the message through. No one could help and say that's the only email address. So they just don't want to know about a genuine phishing email which will affect their clients. sis
