Nedbank don’t care

Nedbank couldn’t wait to black list my name it took them 2 seconds even after I’ve asked for time and I’m expecting money to come in , so when I phoned them I took me 37 minutes and I had to speak to 5 people, I was only 4 premiums behind not that I didn’t pay ???? If I settle defore Friday how many years will it take to clear my name you’re like the mafia
